Fall Competition & COY

Congratulations for the participants in this years Chef of the Year Compettition:

Competing for Jr. Chef Of the Year will be
- Lauren Sitar and Tim Polecek.
Competing for Chef Of the Year will be- Mike Bush, CEC and Brenden Brown, CEC


October 1st will feature the Chef of the year competitions. The JR COY competition will begin at 10:00 am while the COY competition will begin at 12:00.  


The COY competitions will have a protein pre determined for all competitors. The Chef's will have 2 months learn proper breakdown and flavor profiles for a Joyce Farms Poulet Rouge Chicken. Kern Meats and Joyce Farms have agreed to sponsor this protein

We will be offering all cold food categories A-1 through D-4 & G, KC & KP-1 & 2

All student cold food categories SA, SB, SC, SD, SG

All student K categories and SP-1 & 2

Many spots are still available if you're interested in competing. Also, if you are interested in certifying contact Chef Mike Palazzola for opportunities this fall weekend.
