The position of Executive Chef at MAC requires a confident and approachable presences.  It will be important that the new professional align him or herself with, and embrace the Club’s culture that values and respects good fellowship.

The Club requires a visionary leader with the personal and professional skill sets appropriate to a fast-pace and complex foodservice operation in a very space limited environment.  The Executive Chef will always look for improvement while continuing to maintain the high standards of excellence of the MAC.
